For some years I have been interested in natural products and well-being. So, in 2018, I have decided to start brewing this thing called “Kombucha”. At that time I was brewing it in my own kitchen, annoying my flat mates by keeping the kitchen occupied all day long. Now I found a great place in Aarhus where I can make my own Kombucha to share it with the world.

Fermentation is the forgotten production process. With advanced production methods and easy access to ingredients, our food industry has often provided easy solutions rather than natural solutions. For us, this is evidence of a broken food system, and fixing it is not possible without changing the way people learn about food. We believe that we can make giant strides through education so long as it is fun and relatable. We have planned a series of workshops and seminars about nutrition and how to include fermented food in our diet that we will launch this year. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out when and where we will organize them.
